Crystal Shores West offers panoramic views of Lake Tahoe with a broad white sand beach that's a great spot to hang out on summer afternoons. Unlike some of the condo developments rimming Highway 28, Crystal Shores West is close enough to Lakeshore Blvd to enjoy the 3-mile paved walking trail past Incline's beautiful beaches.
The HOA here is a little over $1600/month, and covers water, sewer, trash collection, and all the common areas, including the docks and marina. If you've tried to price a boat slip elsewhere on Lake Tahoe, $1,600/month doesn't seem too high for the convenience of having your boat parked at your own dock.
