Lakeridge: Classic Golf & Lakeside Elegance

Lakeridge is an established neighborhood anchored by the popular Lakeridge Golf Course. Designed with a focus on manicured green spaces, deciduous trees, and some beautiful views, feels lush. With its lush landscaping and mature deciduous trees, Lakeridge has the feel of an established country-club neighborhood — a striking contrast to the high-desert landscape found in newer Northwest Reno golf communities such as Somersett.

Architecture & Real Estate:  Lakeridge offers a diverse range of housing stock, from mid-Century modern, to contemporary homes on large lots with sprawling green lawns, to traditional ranch-style homes, some of which are beautifully remodeled with clean, contemporary finishes. As someone who grew up back East, Lakeridge, with its deciduous trees, and beautiful Fall colors, reminds me a lot of the East Coast.
Lakeridge Shores, a gated neighborhood surrounding Lake Stanley is a focal point of Lakeridge. The private man-made reservoir is not swimmable, but residents can fish there, paddleboard, or launch small boats right from their backyards.
Convenient Location: Positioned perfectly just off the McCarran Loop, Lakeridge offers easy access to the Plumb Lane and South Virginia commercial corridors.  The shopping centers nearby, like Plumgate, are very walkable with specialty wine shops, and lunch spots offering gourmet selections.
