Brockway Shores PierWhen units at Brockway Shores do come on the market, those closest to the Lake fetch the highest prices (upwards of $2 million in recent years).  But even units with Lake "views" sell for well north of $1M because they are marketed like the one above with a focus on the community pier and grassy lawns that make Brockway shores so special (that unit sold for more than $1.6M.)

HOA Fees at Brockway Shores

The HOA fees at Brockway Shores are steep - close to $10,000/year. But the cost includes the maintenance of the community pier, a shared buoy field, and a grassy picnic area right on Lake Tahoe. Within walking distance of all that Kings Beach has to offer, it's a waterfront location that's hard to beat.

Great for Boating & SUP

All the condos at Brockway Shores share the same address: 144 Chipmunk Ave, and the complex is built on a hill sloping down toward the Lake, making it easy to launch here. With Speedboat Beach, and the warm waters of Brockway Springs (a famous mineral Hot Spring) just to the east, this is an excellent spot for exploring Lake Tahoe by boat or Standup Paddle Board (SUP).  The waters here go from shallow (off the public beaches in Kings Beach) to the deep waters of Crystal Bay just to the north.
