The Tahoe lakefront market can be highly competitive. While the MLS offers the broadest possible exposure, some sellers prefer to market their properties privately. Get the insider's advantage. Submit your email to inquire about off-market Lake Tahoe lakefront properties.

Lakefront Nevada Communities

Many homes that are not "on" the Lake, offer Lake Tahoe access to residents. Incline Village is a great example, all 3 beaches in Incline are private to owners & their guests. Whether you're searching for a true "waterfront" home, or semi-private lake "access," these are 3 communities to explore.

Lakeshore Boulevard Out Your Front Gate

A 3-mile walking and biking trail right in front of 999 Lakeshore runs the length of Incline Village's tony Lakeshore Boulevard, and now connects to the Impossible Trail, which runs 3 miles from the eastern end of Lakeshore Blvd. all the way down to Sand Harbor, a NV state park with a boat launch, concessions, and rentals of stand-up paddle boards and kayaks. It's shallow waters are the perfect place to spend a summer day!

Condos rarely come up for sale at 999 Lakeshore (the last one sold in 2020 at the asking price of $1.2 million for a fairly dated 2-bedroom, 2-bath).  If you're devoted to the idea of owning at 999 Lakeshore, call me at 775-391-9443 or email Jackie@TahoeisHome.com and I'll see what we can rustle up!
