Membership: To use the Tahoe Park Homeowner's Beach, you must own a home in one of the designated neighborhoods.  Memberships are not available to the public, making this a coveted spot to own a home on the Westshore of Lake Tahoe. Real Estate: Homes eligible for membership to Tahoe Park fetch higher prices than homes that do not offer Lake Tahoe access.
