Homes Both Newer and Classic

While you do occasionally see a new home here, or those built within the past five years, many of the homes around the golf course date to the 1980s with interior wood accents and a cabin feel that is seeing a resurgence among those who appreciate the Mid-Century look. The price points tend to be lower than other single-family neighborhoods at Northstar. The median sales price in 2022 was around $1.4 million.

Swimming, Fitness Center & Tennis

Like much of Northstar built during this era, the homes around the golf course are part of the Northstar Property Owner's Association, which maintains a fitness center and pool complex in the Old Village. It features year-round heated lap pool, with a family recreation pool open seasonally, as well as hot tubs, tennis courts, and a nice gym. And the HOA dues are relatively affordable at $1,350/year in 2022.
