Prices range from over $10 million for estate properties to the mid $5 million for contemporary townhomes with walls of windows and views to die for.

Ritz-Carlton Highlands

For comfort and convenience, you can't beat the residences at Northstar's Ritz. This multi-level building is within walking distance of the lift specifically serving the Ritz-Carlton guests, and they offer both access to the amenities at the hotel as well as membership to the the Ritz' privileges worldwide. A full-service staff is available to help you with your gear, throw your boots on a warmer in the morning, or bring food to your door for the full-concierge vacation experience.

The Village at Northstar

Several multi-story buildings frame the perimeter of Northstar's Village, a hub for year-round recreation and entertainment.  A condo in the Village is like a front-row seat to fun. Walk to one of many restaurants and bars to enjoy the aprés ski experience, or relax in the year-round hot tub at the fitness center. The Village is served by a gondola that shuttles skiers to the mid-mountain, and these townhomes offer the convenience of underground parking with elevators to all of the townhome buildings.

If you are considering cash flowing your ski condo as a rental, the Village also offers onsite management for easy bookings. Thanks to the year-round activities in the Village ~ from summer concerts to ice skating in the winter ~ these units tend to rent well.  Taxes and the HOA, however, are steep. With Mello Roos bonds that require repayment through 2035-37, your holding costs can easily run $1,000/month or more.

Ski Trail Condos

The Ski Trail condos that you can see while riding the gondola at Northstar are part of its earlier development. Built mostly in the 1970s-80s, these range from studios to 2- and 3-bedrooms (some with loft sleeping), and offer an affordable alternative to the Village or Mountainside.
