Music at the park, concerts at the Lake, and live events everywhere ... it feels like the long 2 years of isolation are behind us, as communities all around Tahoe Truckee roll out a series of events, concerts & gatherings for what promises to be a fun-filled Summer!
Here's a quick guide to what's happening:
Incline Village - from Kids Hip Hop classes to Jabber Walkie hikes for the 55+ set, Incline offers something for all age groups this summer. (Click here for class schedules)
Truckee - Music in the Park is back on Wednesday nights at Truckee River Regional Park & downtown will once again be closed on Thursday nights for the popular street faire with food trucks, music, and merchants galore. Visit truckeethursdays.com for the full schedule or Park & Rec for programming & events.
Tahoe City - Concerts at Commons Beach are back on Sunday nights all Summer (Here's the lineup) and the popular Food & Wine Walk is Back on June 11 (Tickets and info here).
Palisades Tahoe - (aka Squaw) the Blues are back with free concerts in the Village every Tuesday evening throughout the summer (here's the schedule) & the Sunset music series brings back popular local artists on Friday nights (more info here)
Kings Beach - Friday night Concerts at the Beach are back this Summer (here's the lineup), the Arts & Craft Fair is back July 29-31 & kids camps are rolling all summer.
South Lake Tahoe/Stateline - The American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament is back in full swing July 6 - 10 (tickets & info here), Summer Concerts on the Beach are back (here's the lineup), and all the beaches are open. So rent a SUP, book a trip to Emerald Bay, or just set up a blanket at your favorite lakeside hangout (fun things to do here).
From the Shakespeare Festival at Sand Harbor to Strawberry Music Festival (now at the Nevada County Fairgrounds) to the High Sierra Music Festival in Quincy, Summer 2022 promises to be a return to a season of fun.
